Does Hitler want to conquer the world?

National Socialism’s enemies have always maintained that Hitler wanted to conquer the world. They still say so today.	Hitler himself said on 19 July 1940: “My intention was never to wage war, but to build a new social state with the highest level of culture. Each year of war keeps me from this work.”
